For my entire life, I’ve gone by many names. Jon, Eric, EJ, Jon-E, Jonny, etc.
But my true first name is “Jon Eric”. This website, Generic Jon Eric, is all about the things that I dabble in like food, work, and fun. Not specific (generic) to a certain thing, but a various assortment of thoughts, ideas, and stories.
I’m a Filipino American that grew up in the sunny city of San Diego, California. Currently in Portland, Oregon, but who knows where life will take Shelby and I next!
